Tilda with chanel the puppy .. Book card!!

Good afternoon to all you lovely crafters, cant believe it's snowing, im not a massive fan of snow to be honest, my girls would cringe if they heard me saying that lol..... its nice when you can sit indoors and watch it but when you have to go out and drive in it, which i have to do as i'll be starting work soon, then it's not nice.
             
                        But first i would like to share a book card that i recently made, using Tilda                                             with chanel the puppy, i haven't made one of these for a few month
                                                             so really enjoyed it ....

                                I coloured her up using copics, here are the colours i used......
                                               Skin... E000, E00, E11, E20, E22
                                               Hair... E57, E53, E51
                                               Dress... R85, R83, R81
                                               Puppy ... E44, E42, E41, E40                                                                     

                                           

                                   I have used maja design vintage summer basic papers

The scrummy lace and flowers are from The ribbon girl and the beaded sprays are from Live and Love crafts....

I added gesso to the flowers to give a more shabby look to them....

                        Here is a close up of that adorable image, it so reminds me of my youngest                                          daughter, the bow you can see in the top right hand corner is a sue wilson die.

                      Well i better get a move on and brave the cold and snow to go to work...

Tilda with spring heart....

Good morning to all you lovely crafters.... gosh it's so good to be back, this is my first post of 2015 as i haven't been able to post any cards on here or look round your lovely blogs as through changing broadband providers we havent had internet for nearly two weeks, i've been having withdrawal syptoms lol ...

     Here's my card and yes ..... its another shadow box card .... i really enjoy making these

                            I have used tilda with spring heart, she is so cute ...

I have coloured her in copics ....... the colours i used are,

skin .. E000, E00, E11, E20, E22

hair... E44, E43, E41, E40

dress and shoes ... RV13, RV10, RV00

heart and socks .... R59, R27, R22

                              Here is a close up of the heart which i added glossy accents to..

                                        

                                             The papers used are from are My Minds eye, 

                                                          lost and found, Record it...

                                          I cut out the letters love from a sheet of pion paper,

                                          sorry cant remember, which collection it was from

                                          

                     Here are some of the scrummy flowers and flatback pearl trim used from                                                             The Ribbon girl, the beaded sprays and pearl hearts are from
                                                              Live and Love Crafts...
                      I find it so hard to make a card now without adding flowers and lots 
                                   of embellishments, but going to set myself a a challenge 
                                         over the next few days to make a shadow box card                                                                        less fussy and NO flowers, lol .... we'll have to see how that goes..

Saturated Canary christmas angel !!

Good morning all! Just a quick post as ive got my last christmas card of 2014 to share with you,cant believe it's 3 weeks since i posted anything on here, i haven't crafted either really need to get my bum in to gear and make some cards but have had the dreaded flu like cold, i've still got it but feel a lot better, couldn't even lift my head or move it for a few days.......

       Anyway, here is the card i have got for you today, i used one of the fabulous saturated

                 canary images by the talented krista smith .... Isn't she so cute

                            

    I coloured her up with copics ,

        here are the colours i used ..........

     Skin.... E000, E00 E11. E20, E22

                                                               Hair.... E40, E41, E43

                                                               Top..... C1, C3, blender

                                                  shoes, baubles and skirt ..... R35, R46, R59

I have used gorgeous pion papers, and made a tag from kraft cardstock which i frantaged, 

                               oh my goodness i think im addicted to this stuff .........

Magnolia with rudolf criss cross card!!

Hi, everyone, hope you all having a fab weekend .... im here to share, yes .....

another christmas card,but first all all wanted to share that i come Top 3 in the 

marvelous magnolia challenge and Top 3 in the Magnolia-licious challenge with the 

same card, 

                   I get so excited when i win a challenge or come top 3 as im so new to it,

 but i think my family are fed up of me going on about it as i haven't shut up since 

i found out lol ......

                  O.k, now to show you my latest card, i have used Magnolia tilda with

 rudolf and have made criss cross card as i haven't made one for a while...

                     I coloured Magnolia with copics, here are the colours used .....

                                   skin.... E000, E00, E11, E20, E22

                                   hair .... E40, E41, E43, E44

                                  dress and hat .... B91, B93, B95

                                  boots..... E41, E43, E44

                                  rudolf .....E31, E33, E35

I have used maja design, Vintage Frost basics paper, love this pad, but then again 

         just love all maja design papers, think there one of my favorites......

                          .the letters i cut from a sheet on pion paper

I have used lots of embellishments on this card, the flowers, bark heart which has been frantaged and beaded spray are all from live and love crafts and the angel, so cute .... and seam binding are from the ribbom girl, the pearls are from my stash. The frame is what i made out of clay using a martha stewart mould,

Ribbon dance Tilda - Easel card !!

Hi, everyone, im back with a quick post as im about to run out of the door to work,...

                              

                                 Just wanted to share a card i recently made,

                             my first ever circle card, luv the way it turned out....

I decided to make an easel card and i used the uber cute Ribbon dance tilda, how cute is she ...

               I coloured here with copics, sorry but forgot to note down the colours i used,

                     will try to add them later. I created the card base with spellbinders

                                                      grand scallop nestabilities 

     The papers i used are from first edition summer breeze, and here is a close up of the 

             flowers in which  i added gesso and stickles, pic doesn't show it up too well,

                                                 looks better in real life ......

               I used liquid pearls around tilda and added some pearl string and made a bow

                             from seam binding which was from The ribbon girl ...

Tilda as Lucia white christmas card!!

Hi to all you lovely crafters, hope you are all well? Well i've been busy again, started a new job three weeks ago as a personal assistant to a service user and im really enjoying it but trying to find time to craft as well as get christmas shopping done. 

                      Cant believe .... only 4 weeks left, im so excited .... i really love christmas, just not enough hours in the day.

                     

Im here to share a card that i did manage to get time to make, using Tilda as Lucia, this
            is an olderMagnolia stamp and is the first time i have coloured her up........

                               I have coloured her in copics..... here are the colours used

                                          skin.....  E000, E00, E11, R20, R22

                                          hair.....  E40, E41, E43, E44

                                          dress....  W1, W3,  blender

                                          background.... E40, E41

                                          star ..... Y17, Y21, YR23

             I have used First Edition Silent Night papers again, i lurve the soft muted tones 
                                                           in this paper pad,
                      i am going to have to get more i've nearly used them all............

I cut the snowflake border with a tim holtz on the edge die, and the flourish is a doohickey die, both of which have been been covered with the frantage shabby white embossing enamel, god i lurve this stuff!!! 

The beautiful flowers, pearl string are from the ribbon girl, and the sentiment is from
                                                          lili of the valley

Lotv, Holy light

Hi, all you lovely crafters, been a long time, but boy has it been a hectic couple of week!! First of all my computer broke nd when i took it to a computer shop, they told me it was the mother board, the main brain of the computer, so would cost me in excess of £200, and that i'd be better off buying a new one, so thats what i did. Then some thieving little toerags decided to rob my outbuilding outside in which i had that day put a lot of christmas presents in so my daughter couldnt see them, they took them all, along with power tools, pressure washer and a hoover, i also had a box of my crafting items!! i am absolutely devasted as i put them in there out of way with decorating, it was only a small percentage of my stash, some magnolia stamps, paper pads and a couple of dies luckily, but couldnt understand why they would take them, but as my other half said with it being a cardboard box what was taped up they wont have known what was in it.... you cant have anything!!

Anyway enough of my moaning .. lol, here is, yes you guessed it, another shadow box card, but this time it is a christmas card.

                           I have used a gorgeous christmas stamp from lili of the valley,
                                       which i have coloured up with copics.        

        

                        I have used the gorgeous paper from first edition- silent night paper pad,
                                                          love these muted colours.
                        I have made the poinsetta and the tree using marianne design dies
                                             and the snowflake border is a tim holtz die.

                         Here is a close up of the poinsetta and the lovely beaded sprays,                                                                                    which are from live and love crafts                                                                                     

                    I embossed the snow flakes with the shabby white embossing enamel,                                                     i love this stuff!! and added small ivory pearls to the trees
