Ballgown Avery ....

Hi everyone, i hope you are all well, I can now tell you that i'm a Dt member for The Paper Nest Dolls.... Whoop!! whoop!!
          I couldn't believe it when Christine young contacted me to ask if i would be on her team, and OF COURSE i said yes ....... i'm so excited to have my first card to share with you all using Ballgown Avery from The Paper Nest Dolls .... isn't she's so adorable....

                            I have decided to make a napkin fold card using Maja design papers,
                                                               Vintage Spring Basics....

Here is a pic of the card when its open, i love this style of card, its so unusual,

   I have used a Martha Stewart punch around the outside,

    all the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts,

       and the ribbon and pearls are from my stash......

Princess Tilda ....

Good evening all, god I'm really enjoying the gorgeous sunny weather at the moment, even though I'm only managing to catch an hour or two with working, managed to do a bit if crafting and I've had the day off today, yeah!! So have managed to spend most of it making some cards ..  

Today I have got a criss cross card to share with you, I have used princess tilda which I have coloured with copics,
                                  I am hoping over the next few weeks to practice colouring with
                             distress inks as I'm loving all the creations at the moment in which 
                                 they have been used, as it gives a much softer look to an image ....

                                                                 Copic colours I used are ........
                                                             Skin .. E000, E00, E11, E20, E22
                                                                   Hair .. E40, E41, E42, E44
                                                                       Dress .. R81, R83, R85
                                                                     Background.. W1, W3, W5

  

                                          I have used Maja design vintage summer basics paper, 
                              I think I am in love with this company, can't seem to get enough of 
                                                                    there delicious papers.....

                                                       The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts,
                                                                     and Live and Love Crafts .....
                                                            The lace and pin are from my stash,
                                             and the little sentiment stamps are from Lili of the Valley....

Vintage tag card ....

Good evening to all you lovely crafters, hope you are all enjoying the lovely weather, i forgot what it was like to have a weekend off, goes way too quickly though,.....
                      I have finally managed to get a bit of crafting done, which i will post later this week as i have some really exciting news to share but am going to ave to keep it to myself for just a little bit longer ........

                            I have a made another tag card, i don't know what the name of this
                              style of card is called, so i'm calling them tag cards for now, lol ......

                                   The papers i used are Maja Design, these are from the 
                                                      Vintage spring basics collection...
                                The image is from Pion Design, i am so enjoying making
                                            cards using these adorable vintage images,
                                                  will definitely be making lots more........
                                          

                                    This is what the card looks like when you remove the tag, 
                                    i used a Martha Stewart punch around the card, and the 
                                                    flowers are from The Ribbon Girl ......

I decorated the inside using the same papers,

and the hearts are a Marianne Design die ....

Magnolia tilda baby book card ....

Hi everyone, thought i would pop by to show you a card that i made a couple of months ago but forgot to blog, it's another book card, i love making these, they just take a little bit longer than normal lol ...

                                    I used this cute baby Tilda which is from an older release, cant 
                               remember the exact name of her, which i coloured with copics ....                                       Again, i used those gorgeous papers from Maja Design,
                                        which are from the vintage summer basics collection,
                                        The cute little tag is a Magnolia Tilda doohickey die....
                                     

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts,

and the beaded spray and rosette trim is from Live and Love Crafts ....

Her is a pic of the inside which i decorated to compliment the front,

using the same papers, the tag is different, but is also

a magnolia doohickey die ......

Totally tilda and friends ... Anything goes

Hi everyone, hope you all had a great weekend, unfortunately i have some sad news, this will be the very last challenge for Totally Tilda and friends, even though i haven't been on the design time all that long, i had great fun with such a fabulous team..

                                 So for the last time, sob, sob, the theme is Anything goes........

                                                           and here's what i created,

It's not very often i am 100% happy with the way a card turns

out, but i really love this one and looks so much better IRL...

I used a Tilda paper pad for this card called 

A country Escape, its so gorgeous,

the cute image of the little girl was from 

a sheet of vintage girls from Pion Design,

and the sentiment is from Lili of the Valley .....

For the card base i used Spellbinders Grand Stately Circles, 

and the Grand circles, other dies used were doohickey swirl

and a Marianne Design clock die .....

I stuck individual pearls all the way around the edge of the circles,

which were from my stash,

and all the gorgeous flowers are from Live and Love Crafts ... 

     Here is a close of the lush flowers ....

Vintage love easel card ...

Good afternoon to all you lovely crafters, hope you are all having a great weekend, just popping in to share a card that i have made before i rush out of the door to work, something a little different from my usual style but i really like it...

I have used spellbinders grand nestabilities for my card base,

and the papers are first edition summer breeze,

the vintage lady has been cut from a sheet

          of Pion Design .....

I placed 6mm ivory pearls all the way round the edges, 

but used liquid pearls for around the love die cut ...

Here is a close up of the pearls and the flowers which are 

    from Live and Love Crafts ......

Gifts and balloons ...

Hi, everyone, hope you have all had a fab weekend, finally summer weather is here, yeah! I'm running a little late with my post as i have just got back from a hen weekend away ....

                                                Well it the start of a new challenge over at   

                                                   Totally tilda and friends and the theme is 

                                      Gifts and Balloons ... use both, and this is what i created ...

   
                                I made a present card, i think these are so adorable and this is only 
                                 the 2nd one i have made, but i will be making more, i used this
                                         tutorial HERE from Dena's stamping corner if you would
                                                       like to have a try and make one yourself ....
                                                   

                  I have used Maja design vintage Summer basics, and a pre- coloured topper
                                                     which is a Sylvia zet image, so cute ............

This is a pic of the present with the card inside ....

The flowers and clay heart are from Live and Love Crafts,

and the ribbon and lace are from my stash ...

The thing that you have to remember for this style of card is to

decorate the present outside and keep the card flat or it wont fit inside ...
