Ribbons and bows ....

Good morning to all you lovely crafters, this is going to be a quick post as i'm on my out to work, 

                              but i'm here today with the start of a brand new challenge over at ,

                                                              

                                                                     and this week the 

                                              theme of the challenge is Ribbons and Bows ......

                                                        and here is the card that i created

                                         I used a mix of papers from my scrap stash for this card, so 
                                                 don't know which company they are by,
                                         the card base was created using a Go Kreate die ......

                                 I coloured the adorable little girl stamp from Lili of the valley 
                                                              using copic markers .....

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts,

and the lace and other embellishments are from my stash ....

Hip hop Avery .....

Good morning everyone, hope you are all enjoying the good weather, haven't been around for a while as i just got back this morning from a two week holiday in greece, where the weather has been glorious, im here today to share a card i have made using paper nest dolls hip hop Avery,  .....

                                I have made a a gift box set  with card and matching box .....

                                           I have used hunkydory cardstock and paper to make this
                                                              criss cross card and matching box...

Good morning all, hope you are all enjoying the gorgeous weather at the moment, im not seeing very much of it at the moment, but really ready for my holiday to greece in a week's time ... so excited ...

                                                        and the pearl string is from my stash ....

Baby photo folio album ....

Good morning to all you lovely crafters, i have some exciting news ..... i am a DT member for                              In the pink challenge, so i am officially one of the pink ladies, im so excited..........

                                                          Its time for a new challenge at  

                              
                                  we are celebrating our 3rd birthday, so to celebrate, the theme is ...

                                     so this is what i created, it is a baby girl photo folio album 

                                                                          with matching box

I made this album using chipboard so it is very sturdy,

the papers are from the new vintage baby range from Maja Design ...

Here is a pic of the inside where there is a waterfall section which will

hold up to 15 photos, i really enjoyed making this album and hope to 

do plenty more, all my flowers are from Live and Love Crafts ...

Paper nest dolls, new release, Mrs claus ....

Good morning all, sorry i haven't been around for a little while as my life seems to be hectic at the moment, not only have my three girls broken up from school for summer holidays, i am also doing extra shifts at work as there's only me at the moment, cos another girl left, fingers crossed that a new girl is starting next week, i am also living in a demolition site at home lol, as i'm having a new kitchen fitted next week so have practically just got a sink, fridge and freezer in there at moment, i am so ready for my hols in 3 weeks time .....

                   Any way that's enough of me babbling on, i'm here today to share with you 

                    card using one of the new images from the Paper nest dolls new christmas 

                               release, i decided to use Mrs Claus, how adorable is she ........

                          I have made a shadow box card as i haven't made one in a little while  

                                             and have coloured Mrs Claus in Copic markers ...

                               Here you can see the depth and how 3D these style of cards look,

                                      I cant remember off hand the brand of papers i used as they

                                           some loose sheets i had in my box, but will find out and

                                                                    add it later on today.....

                                    The wood reindeer and wording were from my stash....

                                       The snow tex which i added all around the frame, and 

                                         white beaded sprays are from Live and Love Crafts....

                                                 

Here is a close up of the gorgeous poinsettia, which i made

using a Marianne Design die and added gesso round the edges,

        the leaves are cut from a a magnolia doohickey.....

Wedding couple ...

Hi everyone, i'm here today to share with you all a book card and matching box made with the adorable wedding couple from the Paper nest dolls ...

                                                        I have coloured  image using copics,
                                  and have used papers from Maja Design Vintage Summer Basics, ....

                                       
                                           I have placed 6mm ivory pearls all the way on the spine 
                                               of the book card and all around the edge of the box ...
                                         

                                   Here is a close up of the gorgeous flowers and beaded sprays
                                                      which are all from Live and Love Crafts ....

                                              Inside i have used a bark heart which is also from 
                                   Live and Love Crafts, the sentiment is from Lili of the valley,
                                   and the lace is from my stash, the heart tag is has been cut from a 
                                tonic die, and is perfect for someone to write a personal message .....

Good morning to all you crafters, what a crazy mix of weather we have had here in the uk this week, so glad the weekend is nearly here, hopefully Mr sunshine will put in an appearance as evey day ive had off from work lately it seems to rain and then is gorgeous when im at work, lol ...

                              Any way enough of my rambling, i'm here today to share a card

              i have made to showcase one of the ten images from the Paper Nest Dolls new release,

Hi everyone, i hope you are all well, I can now tell you that i'm a Dt member for The Paper Nest Dolls.... Whoop!! whoop!!
          I couldn't believe it when Christine young contacted me to ask if i would be on her team, and OF COURSE i said yes ....... i'm so excited to have my first card to share with you all using Ballgown Avery from The Paper Nest Dolls .... isn't she's so adorable....

Princess Tilda ....

Good evening all, god I'm really enjoying the gorgeous sunny weather at the moment, even though I'm only managing to catch an hour or two with working, managed to do a bit if crafting and I've had the day off today, yeah!! So have managed to spend most of it making some cards ..  

Today I have got a criss cross card to share with you, I have used princess tilda which I have coloured with copics,
                                  I am hoping over the next few weeks to practice colouring with
                             distress inks as I'm loving all the creations at the moment in which 
                                 they have been used, as it gives a much softer look to an image ....

Vintage tag card ....

Good evening to all you lovely crafters, hope you are all enjoying the lovely weather, i forgot what it was like to have a weekend off, goes way too quickly though,.....
                      I have finally managed to get a bit of crafting done, which i will post later this week as i have some really exciting news to share but am going to ave to keep it to myself for just a little bit longer ........

                            I have a made another tag card, i don't know what the name of this
                              style of card is called, so i'm calling them tag cards for now, lol ......

                                   The papers i used are Maja Design, these are from the 
                                                      Vintage spring basics collection...
                                The image is from Pion Design, i am so enjoying making
                                            cards using these adorable vintage images,
                                                  will definitely be making lots more........
                                          

                                    This is what the card looks like when you remove the tag, 
                                    i used a Martha Stewart punch around the card, and the 
                                                    flowers are from The Ribbon Girl ......

I decorated the inside using the same papers,

and the hearts are a Marianne Design die ....

Magnolia tilda baby book card ....

Hi everyone, thought i would pop by to show you a card that i made a couple of months ago but forgot to blog, it's another book card, i love making these, they just take a little bit longer than normal lol ...

                                    I used this cute baby Tilda which is from an older release, cant 
                               remember the exact name of her, which i coloured with copics ....                                       Again, i used those gorgeous papers from Maja Design,
                                        which are from the vintage summer basics collection,
                                        The cute little tag is a Magnolia Tilda doohickey die....
                                     

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts,

and the beaded spray and rosette trim is from Live and Love Crafts ....

Her is a pic of the inside which i decorated to compliment the front,

using the same papers, the tag is different, but is also

a magnolia doohickey die ......

Totally tilda and friends ... Anything goes

Hi everyone, hope you all had a great weekend, unfortunately i have some sad news, this will be the very last challenge for Totally Tilda and friends, even though i haven't been on the design time all that long, i had great fun with such a fabulous team..

                                 So for the last time, sob, sob, the theme is Anything goes........

                                                           and here's what i created,

It's not very often i am 100% happy with the way a card turns

out, but i really love this one and looks so much better IRL...

I used a Tilda paper pad for this card called 

A country Escape, its so gorgeous,

the cute image of the little girl was from 

a sheet of vintage girls from Pion Design,

and the sentiment is from Lili of the Valley .....

For the card base i used Spellbinders Grand Stately Circles, 

and the Grand circles, other dies used were doohickey swirl

and a Marianne Design clock die .....

I stuck individual pearls all the way around the edge of the circles,

which were from my stash,

and all the gorgeous flowers are from Live and Love Crafts ... 

     Here is a close of the lush flowers ....

Vintage love easel card ...

Good afternoon to all you lovely crafters, hope you are all having a great weekend, just popping in to share a card that i have made before i rush out of the door to work, something a little different from my usual style but i really like it...

I have used spellbinders grand nestabilities for my card base,

and the papers are first edition summer breeze,

the vintage lady has been cut from a sheet

          of Pion Design .....

I placed 6mm ivory pearls all the way round the edges, 

but used liquid pearls for around the love die cut ...

Here is a close up of the pearls and the flowers which are 

    from Live and Love Crafts ......

Hi, everyone, hope you have all had a fab weekend, finally summer weather is here, yeah! I'm running a little late with my post as i have just got back from a hen weekend away ....

                                                Well it the start of a new challenge over at   

                                                   Totally tilda and friends and the theme is 

                                      Gifts and Balloons ... use both, and this is what i created ...

   
                                I made a present card, i think these are so adorable and this is only 
                                 the 2nd one i have made, but i will be making more, i used this
                                         tutorial HERE from Dena's stamping corner if you would
                                                       like to have a try and make one yourself ....
                                                   

                  I have used Maja design vintage Summer basics, and a pre- coloured topper
                                                     which is a Sylvia zet image, so cute ............

This is a pic of the present with the card inside ....

The flowers and clay heart are from Live and Love Crafts,

and the ribbon and lace are from my stash ...

The thing that you have to remember for this style of card is to

decorate the present outside and keep the card flat or it wont fit inside ...
