Magnolia tilda baby book card ....

Hi everyone, thought i would pop by to show you a card that i made a couple of months ago but forgot to blog, it's another book card, i love making these, they just take a little bit longer than normal lol ...

                                    I used this cute baby Tilda which is from an older release, cant 
                               remember the exact name of her, which i coloured with copics ....                                       Again, i used those gorgeous papers from Maja Design,
                                        which are from the vintage summer basics collection,
                                        The cute little tag is a Magnolia Tilda doohickey die....
                                     

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts,

and the beaded spray and rosette trim is from Live and Love Crafts ....

Her is a pic of the inside which i decorated to compliment the front,

using the same papers, the tag is different, but is also

a magnolia doohickey die ......

Totally tilda and friends ... Anything goes

Hi everyone, hope you all had a great weekend, unfortunately i have some sad news, this will be the very last challenge for Totally Tilda and friends, even though i haven't been on the design time all that long, i had great fun with such a fabulous team..

                                 So for the last time, sob, sob, the theme is Anything goes........

                                                           and here's what i created,

It's not very often i am 100% happy with the way a card turns

out, but i really love this one and looks so much better IRL...

I used a Tilda paper pad for this card called 

A country Escape, its so gorgeous,

the cute image of the little girl was from 

a sheet of vintage girls from Pion Design,

and the sentiment is from Lili of the Valley .....

For the card base i used Spellbinders Grand Stately Circles, 

and the Grand circles, other dies used were doohickey swirl

and a Marianne Design clock die .....

I stuck individual pearls all the way around the edge of the circles,

which were from my stash,

and all the gorgeous flowers are from Live and Love Crafts ... 

     Here is a close of the lush flowers ....

Vintage love easel card ...

Good afternoon to all you lovely crafters, hope you are all having a great weekend, just popping in to share a card that i have made before i rush out of the door to work, something a little different from my usual style but i really like it...

I have used spellbinders grand nestabilities for my card base,

and the papers are first edition summer breeze,

the vintage lady has been cut from a sheet

          of Pion Design .....

I placed 6mm ivory pearls all the way round the edges, 

but used liquid pearls for around the love die cut ...

Here is a close up of the pearls and the flowers which are 

    from Live and Love Crafts ......

Gifts and balloons ...

Hi, everyone, hope you have all had a fab weekend, finally summer weather is here, yeah! I'm running a little late with my post as i have just got back from a hen weekend away ....

                                                Well it the start of a new challenge over at   

                                                   Totally tilda and friends and the theme is 

                                      Gifts and Balloons ... use both, and this is what i created ...

   
                                I made a present card, i think these are so adorable and this is only 
                                 the 2nd one i have made, but i will be making more, i used this
                                         tutorial HERE from Dena's stamping corner if you would
                                                       like to have a try and make one yourself ....
                                                   

                  I have used Maja design vintage Summer basics, and a pre- coloured topper
                                                     which is a Sylvia zet image, so cute ............

This is a pic of the present with the card inside ....

The flowers and clay heart are from Live and Love Crafts,

and the ribbon and lace are from my stash ...

The thing that you have to remember for this style of card is to

decorate the present outside and keep the card flat or it wont fit inside ...

Saturated Canary ballerina with tag ....

Hi everyone, i'm back with a quick post as i'm just on my way out, hopefully to order a new sofa as busy decorating yet again, lol ... my downstairs looks like a demolition site as putting in a new kitchen and totally making over the room, new sofa, fire, carpet etc ....

                                    Here is my card, i have no idea what this style of card is called

                                         as i found a tutorial to it on another blog, which i will pop

                                                               back later with a link to it .....

                              I used a fab cute image from Saturated Canary, isn't she adorable ....

                                                            I coloured her up with copics.

  And as usual, can you guess which papers i used ....

   yes Maja Design, these are The coffee in the Arbour collection

  

The tag is removable and is used to keep the card closed or you can

add it to present and leave the card how it is ...

                                            I used a Martha Stewart punch around the page,
                                        the little bow on the top of the tag is a Sue Wilson Die,
                                          and all my flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and 
                                                            Live and Love Crafts....

Animal Antics ...

Happy Sunday all you lovely crafters, hope you are all enjoying the bank holiday weekend, im really looking forward to having a few days chilling out, sorry i haven't been around for a litlle while but my husband sadly had a mild heart attack this week and came as a massive shock to us as he is fit and well normally and is only 34, he is now out of hospital and back at home and on the mend, thank goodness, just need to get him to take a step back and slow down a bit ...

                                          Any way.. enough of me babbling on, lol ..........  

                            

                                       Today is the start of a brand new challenge over at

                                    Totally tilda and friends and the theme is Animal Antics....

       I decided to make a book card as i haven't done one in a while, so made one for a baby boy                                                      using Little Trumpety with bow stamp, its so cute!!!

                                If you would like to have a go at making one of these book cards,
                                                    i found a fab tutorial on Linda's blog HERE  
         

                         I have used maja design vintage summer basic paper, i just cant get

                 enough of these papers, there gorgeous, i have coloured the image in copics....

                                                             Copic colours i used are .....

                                                                elephant .... C1, C3, C5

                                                               Bow ...  BG10, BG13, BG15

          

             I cut my image out with spellbinders circles and layered it on to a scalloped circle,

                        i glued 6mm white pearls down the spine of the book, luv how it looks ...

                           All the flowers are from wild orchid Crafts, other than the beaded

                                            sprays which are from Live and Love Crafts .....

              Here is a pic of the inside, i made 2 tags to go into the pocket using a magnolia 
                           doohickey die, the wooden heart is from Live and Love Crafts,
                                                   and the lace is from my stash...........

                    I also made a matching box, using the same flowers and embellishments,
                                    and added a baby word die cut from Mariannne Designs...
